This is M12 electric cable connector that is molded with cable directly. The connector is over molding type, its process is the cable soldered on connector then over mold. 

This is the mini size nylon connector that we can mold. The plastic is nylon material, and the cable is PVC or PUR or rubber cable that will be chosen from clients. 

The connector carry up to 5A, 300V power capacity. The wire gauge for production we recommend is no larger than 1.0mm wire and its cable OD is smaller then 7.2mm. The general wire gauge is 18AWG, 20AWG, 22AWG, 24AWG or 1.0mm², 0.75mm², 0.5mm², 0.324mm². The cable length is customized on requirement usually, but the shortest cable is 80mm-if shorter than 80mm, it is too short to mold. 

Also, this connector can be customized in different color, please note that, the nylon white is different to PVC white. PVC is lighting white than nylon material. So when the cable is PVC, the connector is nylon, the white color is different.
