AHUA Waterproof Connector Applied to Monitoring System

In recent days, AHUA(AOHUA) project group received the pictures feedback from our VIP clients, which is navigation satellite company of Chinese Agricultural Machinery Academy. This project is that AHUA waterproof connector applied to Agricultural Vehicle BD Working Remote Monitoring System.

The system or device outputs corresponding results in accordance with user requirements, it consists of monitoring device, system platform and communication network. While AHUA connector mainly used in monitoring system device, also known as monitoring box.

In usual, the agricultural monitoring box is installed outdoors, like that it will require enough waterproof level. Therefore, AHUA connector will play a key role in waterproof requirement. AHUA Connector, often known as waterproof connectors, cable connectors, wire connectors or waterproof plug. What follows we called it as waterproof connectors.

In this project of BD monitoring system, M12 2pin 4pin 6pin panel connectors were used on the monitoring box: 2pin for the power, 4pin for the image output, 6pin for sensor wire. And the connectors is with dust cap for dust proof. Specifically, panel connectors is a subdivision of waterproof connectors, subdivided as its' different applications. Panel mount type is its biggest feature, can be fixed on the panel. About the panel socket, including main core, hex nut, gasket. In application, the connector is fixed on the panel via the hex nut tighten up. In this way, the wires also will be fixed. At the same time, for the waterproof requirement, the gasket work for it. The gasket is silicone material, under the action of tightening up hex nut, the gasket will cling to the panel so as to achieve favorable waterproof effect. This scheme combines waterproofing with panel mounting, and works in a lot of applications.

At present, AHUA company focus on cable/wire solution design, combines connectors with cable/wire, and put into professional production. Our ultimate goal is to solve the cable layout problem with waterproof connector. Please notice that AHUA waterproof connector is used for outdoor application, not underwater.
