 4 way waterproof connector is a distributor with press locking sockets, which is fast press wire connector that no need welding and no need screw fixing connection. For press locking wire connection, it will save much time for cable installation, which is no any tools requirement. 

The main core is 4 way, which is suitable for the power cable distribution line- 1 in and 3 out. This 4 way connector can carry 300V /25A power, applicable to 3 wire cables with wire gauge smaller than 2.5mm² and cable jacket diameters smaller than 15mm.

Parameters of M25 4 way waterproof connector

This waterproof connector is assembled with some different components, includes waterproof nut, cable gland, enclosure, splitter core, and O-ring. The cable gland and O-ring are rubber cable, the waterproof nut, enclosure is PA66.  

The plastic part is nylon PA66 material, and the plastic of core is silicone. With PA66 nylon material, the shell is high strength and heat resistance, and the plastic is no blooming. This is M25 threads waterproof connector, which is IP67 even IP68 waterproof protection. For this waterproof grade, this 4 way waterproof connector is suitable for outdoor waterproof, rainproof, moistureproof and antifogging. That is much suitable for the hard environment, such as underground. 

How to choose the correct cable gland for 4 way waterproof connector M25? Usually, the cable will go through the cable gland, so that the cable is required smaller than the cable gland. But in order to get the better waterproof grade, the cable can not smaller too much than the cable gland. The below datasheet is for reference. 

How install the cable on 4 way waterproof connector?

Before install, make the cable peelign and tinning, disassemble all fittings includes waterproof nuts, cable glands, enclosures. Then the cable put through the waterproof nut, cable gland and enclosure, the cable wire press into the socket and locking. At last, assemble all fittings.
