• Power plug cable with M15 connector

Usually, the general mains electricity is connected to the room. When outdoor or rewiring to the different devices, it is necessary to connect the mains power supply and convert the current and voltage required by the device through the power driver. This solution, which is application to the EU market, the power plug is EU plug cable molded with M15 connector. From the mains electricity, it is the AC power supply with 3 pin cable. So that this power plug is 3 core with 3 pin M15 connector, which is female socket that use to power output.

• Power driver cable with M15 connector and 1 to 4 M15 distributor

LED driving power supply is to convert the power supply into a specific voltage current to drive LED light power converter, usually: LED driving power input includes high voltage power frequency AC (i.e. mains), low voltage DC, high voltage DC, low voltage high frequency AC (such as the output of electronic transformer). The output of LED driving power supply is mostly a constant current source which can change the voltage with the change of the LED positive voltage drop value.

On the input cable of power driver, it is molded with M15 connector 3 pin, which is male plug that will be matched with the power plug output cable. Through the power driver, the output power is a constant current, the cable is 2 cores wire. In this solution according the actual application, the power of output cable will be divided into multiple circuits, so that it is design a distributor. The distributor will be molded on the output cable, which is 4 output sockets. This distributor, it is the same threads as the M15 connector, which will be connected to M15 connector.

• 1 to 2 M15 connector distributor

This is the second M15 connector cable harness, which is the distributor cable from the last distributor, in order to longer distance wring. The input cable with M15 connector, which will be connected to the socket of 1 to 4 distributor. And this is 2 sockets for output.

• M15 connector cable

This M15 connector cable will be connector to the led lighting. The connector is male plug, which is connected to the sockets of 1to2 or 1to4 distributors.

In this M15 connector cable harness, the led lighting was provided from lighting supplier. Due to the high requirement from client, the cable must be rubber and the plastic material must be nylon PA66. So that the waterproof level is favorable, IP67 or even more than IP67.
