M8, M12, M16, M19 Metal Connector -Over-Molded Metal Series Connector

AOHUA provides a wide range of metal connector, includes M8-01, M8-02, M12, M16, and M19. Metal connectors are designed for different threads diameter automation, sensor and actuators; and mainly use to automation long-animators and conveyor systems, outdoor led light and modules, new energy and signal data transmission, medical equipment and self-service elevators, and more other fields.

The metal connector mainly is: the screw threads parts are metal material, which is aluminum alloy. And almost of metal connector is over-molded with cable except the metal panel plug. What we can design the metal connector is in order to make the wire connection more solid and reliable.

1. AOHUA metal connector classification

AOHUA metal connector mainly includes that M08 series, M12 series, M16 series, M19 series. And different series is with different connector size and cable wire range.

M8 metal connector: M08-01 and M08-02

M8 metal is M8 metal thread connector core over molded with cable, there are 2 type connectors. One is M08-01 connector, the male connector is linear or panel type but female connector is only linear type. The other one is M08-02 connector, which is also male is linear or panel type and only mating with one linear female connector. Common the metal parts are silvery.

What these two products have in common is they are the same connector core and the same wire gauge and power current rating. But the only difference between M08-01 and M08-02 these two types metal connector is that the connector length is different. The M08-01 this connector is shorter but M08-02 is longer, M08-01 is more suitable for small limit space. In contrast, the M08-02 will be easier to release relief strain.

M08-01

M12 metal connector: M12

M12 metal connector is the thread 12mm connector core, over molded with cable. This metal part is black in common. Surely it can be customized the color of metal. This is one of our welcome products except M8 connector. This M12 connector mainly use to industrial machinery, factory automation. M16 metal connector: M16

M16 connector is larger diameter than M12, which is carry higher power current rating. And it is multiple wire gauge, include 2pin, 3pin, 4pin, 5pin, 6pin, 2+2pin, 2+3pin, 2+4pin.

M19 metal connector: M19

This M19 is AOHUA largest diameter metal connector, which is carrying highest power 25A. The main feature is that there are partitions between two pins that will be safer in the circuit.
