New Arrival-AOHUA K Series Fast Locking Waterproof Wire Harness Connector

By the end of 2022, AOHUA new-design K series fast locking type wire harness connector have finished all technical data testing, sample testing from some clients, and complete types designing. And from January to April 2023, we have produced 3 batches with more than 1000 set of each items. By the end of April, we will arrange the production for goods in stock. K series waterproof wire harness connectors are fast locking type connection, which is with push-locking neck. It only need to push in that will locking itself. This series is the new design in market that is fast connection for wire installation. The waterproof grade also keep high level, the same as M series waterproof wire harness connectors, IP67 even IP68. The raw material is the same, gold plated brass and PA66 nylon plastic. At present, K series wire harness connector have develop 3 models: K15, K20, and K25, which is the power supply from 0 to 35A, wire gauge from 0.3mm² to 4.0mm². The connector mechanical life is 1000 mating cycles, this data is lower than M series connector, we will improve it in future testing. And this K series connectors are suitable for the cable jacket range from 3mm to 15mm.

The K series wire harness connector have developed inline assembly type, over molding type, and panel mount type.

Inline assembly type K series wire harness connector

This inline assembly connectors are the basic connectors, other models connectors are designed based on this type connectors. This connector is inline cable wire assemble that mean the male and female are inline assembly type. The assemble male female wire harness connector is assembled with some components, which is male and female connector cores, waterproof nut, cable gland, enclosure, coupling, and O-ring. For this inline connector, the terminal is screw version. It is well easy to install in the field that the terminal is screw fixing type. And the male to female is fast locking type, so that this K series assembly is popular in the market. In this way, assembly connector is without cable for order, it is suitable for the bare joint wire.

Inline over molding type K series wire harness connector

The molding type K series wire harness connector is based on the assembly connector, the same male and female connector core, but this connector is molded with cable. That mean the bare wire solder on the terminal of male and female connector core, then over mold with plastic material. For this type wire harness connector, which is molded with cable, so that it is suitable for the device without cable, we will provide the cable or you can provide the cable to mold.  

Panel mount type K series wire harness connector

The panel mount type wire harness connector is that one side connector is panel type and the other side connector is inline assembly connector or inline molding connector. At present, we have design the male panel and female panel side. For the panel side, there are front panel mount or rear panel mount type. The front panel mount type is that the hex nut will be in front of the panel , and the rear panel mount is that the hex nut will be behind the panel. For the panel side connector, there are screw version and solder version terminal.

For the K series wire harness connector, it includes 2 pin, 3 pin and 4 pin are present. With continuous research and development and improvement, we will develop more models and pins , such as, 90 degree L connector, panel type molding connector, 5 pin, 6pin and even more.
