This is K20 pre-mold waterproof connector, which is the connector carrying with cable. The K20 connectors includes 2pin, 3pin, 4pin, and 2+3pin versions. And for each version have different appearance for different application, including assemby inline type, assembly panel type, pre-mold inline type, pre-mold angle type. The parameters of each version in different apperance are the same, for example, 2pin connector, whatever they are panel or pre-mold type, the power working ampere and voltage are the same.

How to order?

The power and wire determine the connector diameter, so please specify the power details and wire details before quotation, includes: 

1. connector type, such as inline pre-molded connector;
2. contacts number, such as 2pin;
3. working ampere and voltage, such as 15A, 220V;
4. wire gauge and cable length/OD, such as 2*1.5mm², length 300mm each side, OD9mm;
5. wire end processing, such as length of stripping and tinned is 20mm and 5mm.

Assembly waterproof connector

This is assembly connector that is assembled with some components, includes: waterproof nut, seal ring, enclosure, coupling nut, connector core, O-ring. 

2pin and 3pin versions are screw lugs for wire installation, it only need a fine screwdriver for assembly. But 4pin and 2+3pin versions are solder lugs, it need soldering electrical iron and tin for wire connection. 

Rear panel mount male to female inline connector

This is assembly panel waterproof connector, the male is front panel type and female is assembly inline connector. In general, these terminals are solder lugs. 

Front panel mount male to female inline connector

This is assembly panel waterproof connector, the male is rear panel type and female is assembly inline connector. In general, these terminals are solder lugs. 

Front panel mount female to male pre-mold connector

The connector not only can be assembly connector, but also can be do wire processing with cable wires. The male can be assembly or pre-mold connector, and female can be without or with wire. It is up to the requirements from clients.

Rear panel mount female to male pre-mold connector

The female is rear panel socket, and male can be assemble, pre-molded, and angle type connector. The cable is customized asl requirements.
