Customization: T5 Plug Cable Splitter
Customization leads to manufacturing revolution. In 2020, We have finished the first customized products of T5 plug T type splitter design and production, and have went into mass production in 2021 and 2022. This solution was from our KR client, the company dedicate to plantation of Hybrid Vertical Farming. While our T splitter mainly used in indoor cable payout of plant grow lighting and T5 light connection.
So far, we have made a new mold for T5 plug that can be mass produced. Regarding this T splitter, it is our splitter T16. This T16 splitter is suitable for wire gauge 0.75mm² to 2.5mm², cable OD range is 6.0mm to 10mm. With this wire gauge, it is suitable for most of indoor power of plant growth light. With regard to T splitter string cable, it is customized as requirement. For customers, you have different improvement requirements, and most likely have unique understanding of the scheme, so the need for customization is quite different. Like that you need to tell us with your requirement, such as wire size, cable length, string cable length, T splitter quantity, and etc. Then we will evaluate and make the most appropriate solution for you.
In fact, we can design and custom many like this T splitter solution, such as mold with different waterproof connectors, dc connector, waterproof plug, various terminals. You only need to tell us with your thoughts, we will make it into reality.
