How to do wiring operation:
- please prepare the cable in advance: stripping wire length about 8mm;
- you can take off the waterproof nut, cable gland, enclosure orderly;
- push the cable wire go through components: from waterproof nut, cable gland and enclosure;
- turn on the handles;
- insert the stripped wire to the hole of handles;
- turn the handles back to original positions;
- assembly all components orderly and tightly.
How to choose a right waterproof splitter connector your power cable?
The connector is chosen according to your working ampere, wire gauge and cable OD. So:
- you need to confirm the connector type firstly, such as 1 to 3 splitter or 1 to 2 splitter;
- specify the working ampere, wire gauge and cable OD, such as: 10A, 2*1.5mm²， OD9mm;
- according to the specification to choose a right connector; or contact our sales for choosing and double check the right connector.
How to choose a suitable cable gland?
The suitable cable gland would be ensure higher waterproof grade. How to choose a right cable gland? In AOHUA, the cable gland also called seal ring, which is the sealing ring between cable and connector. Our principle is the inner diameter(diameter of seal ring hole) should be larger than cable OD in order to put the cable through it, but it should be close to the cable OD, like that when the cable gland is under the pressure of waterproof nut, it should be get better sealing, then get better waterproof grade.

- OD is 6-7.5mm, cable gland inner diameter φ7.5mm;
- OD is 7-8.5mm, cable gland inner diameter φ8.5mm;
