AOHUA power control box IP67 IP68 male female M20 2 pin panel mount assembly waterproof plugs 

This panel mount type assembly waterproof plugs are female panel type connectors match with male inline connectors. They are fullly assembly connectors, it mean that the female connectors are assembly type, which include female panel core, hex nut, gasket, rubber seal ring, housing, and end screw nut; the male connectors are also assembly type, which include male core, screw nut, O-ring, housing, rubber seal ring, end screw nut.  Then assembly these components into complete connectors. 

The female waterproof plug is front panel mount with that the hex nut is outside the panel, the female connector will go through the panel hole from inside. In this way, there is enough space for install for assemblying the connector. Meanwhile, there is only solder type for female side at present, which is require that with the help of a tin strip, solder the bare wire tightly to the gold plated coppere socket with an electric iron.

The material of assembly waterproof plug, the plastic is PA66 nylon and hardware is gold plated copper. IN AOHUA, we use V-0 flame retardant plastic, which is well performance for using to waterproof and hard environment. To the gold plated copper, which is better for power transmission contact with smaller resistance. 

With O-ring, gacket and rubber seal ring, the waterproof level of assembly wateproof plugs reach IP67 even IP68, it is well suitable for the usage of outdoor hostile environment.
