AOHUA wire waterproof plugs are without cable, which are assembly type with different components. The connector is 91mm length, and the diameter is 23mm. There is 2 contact pins for wire installation, which is gold plated brass. This wire waterproof plugs are female connector to accept male connector, but the male connector is with coupling nut to accept the male connector. That is good for 300V /10A power supply, on wire 1.0mm².
This bayonet type wire waterproof plug is AOHUA 2022 new designing connector, which is quick locking type for no screw thread. That is fast connectivity solution, which is much popular in the current market. For fast installation, the contact pin is screw fixing type, which is only need a screwdriver for installation cable. The components includes: waterproof nut, O-ring, enclosure, coupling nut, male and female core, cable gland. This wire waterproof plugs enables you to pass 2 wires through a port of an enclosure, with rubber O-ring/cable gland and waterproof nut for IP67 even IP68 waterproofing.

How to choose the correct wire waterproof plugs?
Choosing the right waterproof plugs for power cable is according to the power current rating/voltage, wire gauge and cable jacket OD. So that before inquiry, please make the power, wire gauge and cable OD in clear. Such as, 250V/4A, 2*20AWG, OD5.0mm. Or 250V/5A, 2*0.75mm²， OD6.3mm.
How to choose the right cable gland for wire waterproof plugs?
Due to the cable will run through the cable gland, the cable gland inner size is larger the cable jacket OD. And because the waterproof requirement, the closeer the size of the cable gland is to that of the cable jacket OD, the better waterproof effect is when the waterproof nut is tightened.
