3 pin M25 waterproof connector is made of glass fiber reinforced & flame retardant plastic material and gold-plated brass, its flame retardant rating is 94 V-0. The plastic material employed in 3 pin M25 waterproof connector is insulating material-nylon PA66, which is high strength, high heat resistance, good electrical properties and no blooming. The hardware is gold plated brass, which is screw pressure type terminal. All parts are made of corrosion resistant material or are plated to provide corrosion protection.

How to choose the correct waterproof connector? Even if you prefer to 3 pin M25 waterproof connector, it may not suit for your power in the end use. You can refer to the following methods to determine the final suitable waterproof connector. All the parameters are only for reference, not the only determinant.

How to confirm and choose the right cable gland for your cable? The cable gland is silicon rubber, which used to between connector and cable to prevent water entering. The cable will go through the cable gland when install the connector. In this way, the cable gland inside diameter required larger than cable jacket outer diameter. It mean that the cable outer diameter is near to the cable gland in side diameter but not exceed the cable gland diameter. Choosing the suitable cable gland will help to make higher waterproof level.
