How to customize LED connector solution?

Confirm the working ampere and wire gauge/cable length, then we can create the drawing with details for you to approve. After that, you can try sample order to do sample testing. All confirm, mass production will be your best and economical choices. 

For example:

working ampere: 5A; wire gauge: 3pin, 1.0mm²; cable length: extension male to female total 1500mm. 

For this M16 connector, it accept the wire gauge 1.0mm²/0.75mm²/0.5mm²/0.324mm² or 16AWG/18AWG/20AWG/22AWG/24AWG. 

Please note that there are dust caps for male and female connector when unplug, which is dust and water proof. 

In addiction to this connector solution, we also can design the LED connector 3pin into Y shape splitter wiring harness. In the led light solution layout and design, there are many branch power cables to different devices. Here it need a splitter to integrate all the cables from one power to multiple cables.
