Custom Logo & Custom Color Guide for AOHUA Waterproof Connectors
Custom Logo Printing Rules You Need To Know
Adding your brand logo directly on connector shells is one of our most popular OEM services, but there are clear limits we have to follow for production and compliance.

First, all custom brand logos must come with valid authorization from your side. We cannot print any trademark with ownership disputes, counterfeit marks or third-party registered logos without official paperwork—this protects both our factory and your business from legal risks.

Deep Dive: Custom Color Craft (PVC vs PA66 Material Difference)
-
PVC Material Connectors & Cable Housings
PVC has excellent color fusion performance during molding. We mix universal color masterbatch with PVC pellets before production, supporting nearly any custom shade: red, blue, yellow, green, orange, grey and customized Pantone matching colors. The pigment blends evenly under low molding temperature, no streaks or color fading issues. If you need multi-color matching for your whole wiring assembly, PVC parts are your ideal pick.
-
PA66 Nylon Connectors (Industrial Standard Hard Shell)
PA66 is high-strength, heat-resistant nylon for IP67/IP68 heavy-duty waterproof joints, but its high melting point restricts color customization. High-temperature injection will cause most color pigments to decompose or produce uneven color spots. For stable mass production without sacrificing waterproof performance and structural strength, PA66 connectors mainly support pure white as the custom color option; complex bright colors are not recommended due to high defect rates. Most industrial clients stick to standard black and white PA66 shells for long-term stable orders.
