During these periods, our offices, factories and logistics partners will be on holiday, which means normal order processing, production and shipping will be temporarily paused.
Please Plan Ahead — Lead Times Are Tight
We want to be fully transparent with you: our order pipeline is currently running at a very high level, and production slots are filling up fast. Combined with the upcoming holidays, lead times are expected to be significantly longer than usual in the coming weeks.
To ensure your goods are produced, inspected and shipped on schedule, we strongly recommend:
- Placing your orders as early as possible — ideally before the holidays, so your order can enter production without delay.
- Confirming specifications, quantities and shipping details in advance, so we can lock in your production slot promptly.
- Allowing extra buffer time in your own planning for potential delays during the holiday period.
Our team remains available to answer questions, provide quotations and prepare documentation up until the holiday break. The earlier you confirm your orders, the smoother your supply chain will be.
